Selvin leads acquisitions at SHH Holdings. He has spent years working directly with Southern California homeowners in some of the most challenging situations — pre-foreclosure, probate, fire damage, and major distress — and has closed transactions across all four counties we serve.

Selvin's approach is straightforward: listen to the homeowner's situation, be honest about what the property is worth, and make an offer that works for everyone. He personally handles every initial consultation and ensures every seller has a clear picture of their options before making any decision.

Our closing team coordinates every step from accepted offer to funded close. They work directly with title companies, escrow officers, and any attorneys or trustees involved in more complex transactions.

Once you accept an offer, the closing team becomes your primary point of contact. They keep you informed at every step, handle all paperwork, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks on the way to your closing date.
